Mr. Shankar K. Padmashali started his career in the Battery industry providing batteries to the Telecom companies in the year 1985. Subsequently he moved to the telecom business and has been executing telecom projects since 1990. He has vast experience in executing projects of various scales. He strongly believes in the ‘Customer First’ approach and that reflects in his execution and management style. This is where Vatson really shines and stands out as each and every employee at Vatson is dedicated to providing the best customer experience.
Vathsala S. Padmashali is the Managing director and one of the founders of the company, and has experience in the telecom field since 1992. She is a Graduate from the University of Mumbai and is responsible for managing the day-to-day affairs of the company. She is a very passionate and an approachable leader. She strives hard to build a culture where every voice is heard.
